Late Arrivals
To respect the time of our clients and staff, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may face the following:

  • Shortened service (e.g., if you booked a haircut with styling, we may only be able to provide a basic haircut);
  • Appointment cancellation if the delay affects the next scheduled client. Cancellation fees will apply.

Booking Modifications / Cancellations / No-Shows
Your appointment reserves time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Please inform us at least 4 HOURS BEFORE your appointment.
  • Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the total booking value.
  • No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • Clients with two or more missed appointments may be refused future bookings.

Right to Refuse Service
Our team reserves the right to refuse service if a client is:

  • behaving inappropriately,
  • under the influence of substances,
  • exhibiting a health condition that affects the treatment,
  • or frequently late, cancels, or no-shows.

Service Guarantee & Warranty
At MW Hair & Beauty Concept, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your service:

  • Please inform us during the appointment or immediately at checkout.
  • If there’s an issue due to our error, we will correct it free of charge, subject to availability.
  • If the service was completed correctly but does not meet personal preferences, corrections will be chargeable.
  • A 7-day warranty applies only to major services like Hair Coloring, Hair Treatments, or Makeup Applications. After this period, any adjustments will be charged.

Salon Etiquette

  • MW Hair & Beauty Concept is a LADIES ONLY salon. If accompanied by a male adult, he will be asked to wait outside the premises.
  • Please keep noise at a respectful level. Use headphones for calls, videos, or music.
  • For the safety of children, unsupervised minors are not allowed in the salon. Please ensure they are accompanied by a responsible adult if necessary.

Valuables
MW Hair & Beauty Concept is not responsible for any lost or misplaced valuables. Please keep your personal belongings safe at all times.
